Morgan Lockhart, 1st year coach.
Morgan Lockhart is the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the Hope College volleyball program. She recently graduated from Ferris State University after completing an accomplished collegiate career and is excited to continue developing the next generation of athletes both at the collegiate and club levels.
Before joining the coaching staff at Hope, Morgan competed at Ferris State University, where she was part of one of the nation's premier Division II volleyball programs. During her collegiate career, she helped lead her teams to four GLIAC Championships (2022–2025), four NCAA Sweet 16 appearances (2022–2025), and two NCAA Elite Eight appearances (2024 and 2025). Competing at the highest levels of collegiate volleyball provided her with invaluable experience in leadership, teamwork, discipline, and championship-level competition.
As the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Hope College, Morgan brings a passion for athlete development, relationship building, and creating a competitive culture where players are empowered to grow both on and off the court. She is dedicated to helping athletes build confidence, improve their volleyball IQ, and develop the habits that lead to long-term success.
Morgan is thrilled to be a part of FaR Out Volleyball Club and looks forward to sharing her knowledge, enthusiasm, and love for the game with every athlete she coaches.
